Privacy Policy
Rekt Mkts (this website) · Rekt Brands Inc. · Last updated 15 July 2026
Rekt Mkts displays one trader's real portfolio for entertainment and education. Rekt Brands Inc. is the controller for the personal data described here. This policy describes what the site collects, why, and who processes it.
What we collect and why
Email address: if you subscribe to the Daily Brief, we use it with your consent to send that briefing. Pro members also receive the Brief as part of the membership service. We store the address with Klaviyo while you receive the Brief. Every Brief includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops that delivery without affecting Pro access.
Member account data: if you sign in as a member, we receive your Whop user and membership identifiers, username, email address, membership status, plan and purchase information needed to provide Pro access and administer your membership. We use the cookies described below so the site knows who you are and can show your account page. Sign-in and billing run through Whop.
Wallet and benefit fulfilment data: Whop collects an ETH wallet address at Founding checkout and passes it to us so the token gift can be recorded and delivered through an onchain vesting provider. We do not verify control of that address, so you must submit an address you control. If you separately use holder verification, we also process the signing wallet address, any qualifying wallet delegated through Delegate.xyz, the signed verification message, public token or NFT holdings, eligibility result, benefit status and related Whop membership. That holder-verification signature is checked when submitted but is not retained. We retain the wallet address and fulfilment or eligibility record for as long as needed to administer the benefit, prevent duplicate claims, resolve disputes and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Device preferences: your theme choice, the last figure you saw, a count of recent visits, and any locally saved holder benefit result and code are kept in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.
Hosting logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request logs (IP address, browser user-agent, pages requested) for security and operations, retained per Vercel's own policy. Short-lived rate-limit counters derived from the IP address protect public forms and sign-in routes from abuse.
Cookies, analytics and processors
Cookies: a site-access cookie (rekt_gate) and, for members, a session cookie (rekt_auth) hold hashed access tokens, a short-lived sign-in cookie (rekt_oauth) protects the login handshake, and a member-identity cookie (rekt_whop) holds your Whop user ID, username, email address and membership ID so the account page can show who is signed in. They expire between ten minutes and 30 days. These are strictly necessary. Membership sign-in and billing are handled by Whop Inc., which acts as an independent controller for payments. With your consent, we use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless service, to count page views and interaction events (for example clicks on upgrade and product links); we log login failures (reason codes only) for troubleshooting; and member trade alerts are delivered via Discord. Our providers include Vercel for hosting and storage; Klaviyo for email; Whop for sign-in, checkout and billing; Discord for member alerts; and Alchemy, public blockchain networks and Delegate.xyz for wallet and holder checks. When Founding fulfilment begins, Shopify will provide promotional vouchers and Hedgey or another onchain vesting provider will provide token vesting. Where enabled, Upstash provides security storage and Sentry provides error diagnostics. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States; transfers are protected by the UK Addendum / IDTA, Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable. Lawful bases: contract (member access, fulfilment and service emails, including the Pro Daily Brief), consent (independent Daily Brief subscriptions, analytics and non-essential storage), legal obligation (accounting and compliance), and legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and service reliability). You may complain to the ICO or your local supervisory authority.
Wallets and public blockchains
Wallet addresses and blockchain activity are public. When a token gift vests or is claimed onchain, the receiving address, transaction and token amount may become permanently visible on the relevant blockchain. Public blockchain records are outside our control and cannot be altered or deleted by us. Do not submit an exchange deposit address or a wallet you do not control.
Cookie choices
On your first visit a small banner asks whether we may run analytics. Nothing analytical runs until you choose OK; if you choose Essential only, the site sets only the strictly necessary cookies described above, which are always on because the site cannot work without them. Your choice is stored in a cookie (rekt_consent) for 180 days. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, after which the banner will ask again.
What we don't do
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not profile you for advertising. Market prices shown on the site come from third-party broker, exchange, blockchain and market-data providers and involve no data about you.
Your rights and choices
To be removed from the email list, use any email's unsubscribe link or write to hello@rekt.com. To clear cookies or local preferences, sign out or clear site data in your browser. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting hello@rekt.com, and we will action it promptly, subject to records we must retain and public blockchain records we cannot change. You may also complain to the ICO or your local supervisory authority.
California residents
This section supplements the rest of this policy for California residents under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (email address, Whop account ID, username and blockchain wallet address); internet or other electronic network activity information (page views and interaction events); and commercial information (membership, purchase, benefit fulfilment and holder-eligibility status). We collect these for the purposes described above: providing the site and member access, administering benefits, sending the Daily Brief you asked for, measuring how the site is used, preventing abuse, and security.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. Because we do not sell or share personal information, Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals do not change our processing; there is nothing to opt out of.
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion; to request correction; to opt out of sale or sharing (which does not apply, as we do neither); and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. To exercise them, email hello@rekt.com. You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of authorisation and verify your identity directly. We respond within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will tell you.
Children
This site is for adults: it is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will update this page when practices change; the date above always reflects the current version.
